WE DON'T JUST TRAIN YOUR DOG!

All our training programmes cover different aspects & levels of training. From Puppy Training, Basic Obedience, Off-leash Training to Severe Behavioural Issues (Aggression, Reactivity, Anxiety) we are one of India’s most trusted dog training facilities & have successfully trained young & adult dogs using world-renowned, reliable and proven methods.

Our first goal is to help you UNDERSTAND your dog and the root cause of the problem areas.

Our second Goal is to start fresh with your dog and lay down a solid foundation of acceptable and unacceptable behaviours and Obedience.

Our Third goal is to train you to, to be able to maintain the training and to create a training plan that seamlessly integrates in your daily life. We achieve this by empowering you with all the technique, tools, knowledge & motivation you need to help your dog become the best version of himself/herself.

We are proud of our specialised, hands-on, one-on-one training approach. We intake only a limited amount of dogs at a time, as it enables us to fully devote quality time, attention to address each dog’s indiviual training needs & develop an individual plan of action, ensuring the best results possible. With a thought-out action plan, hands-on pet owners and a dedicated team of trainers, we have seen significant success in training all kinds of cases.

Our Board & Train involves your dog staying at our facility for a duration as he/she undergoes training.

HOW IT WORKS

The first step is to get a face-to-face consultation with Mitali Salvi which will be conducted at our facility.

Each consultation lasts 1.5 hours. Mitali will meet your dog, understand the problem areas and diagnose & what might be the root cause of them.

Next, we will discuss your goals & give you a realistic plan of action including training tips, changes in routine/old habits & things that will help you understand your dog better.

Lastly, if needed, Mitali will recommend a suitable training programme for your dog (we offer 2 to 8 week training programmes) at our facility.

Once the consultation is done, based on the duration of the programme and the availability of a next slot, we will give you a slot for your dog's training programme.

As a training facility that has limited capacity and deals with a wide variety of cases , we cannot guarantee the time it will take between the consultation and the training programme to start.

Once the programme dates are finalised and all the necessary formalities (payments, vaccinations, tick & flea treatment, deworming) are completed, your dog's training programme commences.

Each dog initial adjustment period for each dog, and differs from dog to dog. Training for a dog kickstarts immediately. Each dog gets 5-6 sessions throughout the day, which could be indoor or outdoors.

Once your dog's training is nearing completion, all pet owners must come to facility for Mid Programme Sessions, for effective transfer of training.

We will provide you with a detailed Go Home Programme & routine, to successfully replicate the training at home

The final transition session aka. Go Home Session happens at your home (if located in Mumbai).

Upon completion of the programme, Team MBT is available via calls/messages/email for any help/support required.

All dogs who go through a training programme are eligible for Boarding at Mitali's Board & Train provided all training has been adhered to & continued at home.

If required, we can accommodate our older students for a refresher programme or an Advanced Training Programme.

Post any training programme, Team MBT is available to provide any support required via email/message/call during buisiness hours

OUR TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Mitali’s Board & Train offers training programmes from 2 weeks to 6 weeks in Puppy Training, Basic Obedience, Behaviour Modification, Aggression, Trick Training, Agility Training & more. All Programmes are determined by the trainer during the consultation.

2 Week Dogploma Programme. INR 35,000*

For human and dog friendly puppies & dogs with no behavioural issues, only minor issues such as basic manners, leash pulling, jumping etc.

3 Week Dogree Programme INR 50,000*

For human and friendly dogs with minimal behavioural issues, including but not limited to mild reactivity, basic obedience, confidence building, mild separation anxiety, nervousness etc.

4 Week Dogsters Programme INR 65,000*

For dogs who are NOT human and dog friendly with behavioural issues, including but not limited to resource guarding, reactivity, high anxiety, fear & nervousness etc.

6 Week/8 week Dogterate Programme INR 90,000* / INR 1,15,000*

For dogs who have severe behavioural issues and are in need of rehabilitation for issues including but not limited to severe aggression (dog to dog aggression, human aggression) resource guarding, major anxiety, extreme fear and more.

**All programmes are inclusive of all taxes and food for the duration of the programme. Any training tools/equipment used during the programme will be additional.

*Team Mitali's Board & Train may recommend an extension in a dog's training programme if required.

All training programmes include the following:

A 30-minute meeting at our facility to reconfirm goals and discuss expectations at the time of the drop-off
Between 2-6 Mid Programme Sessions (depending on the duration) at our facility, to transfer all information, techniques & strategy to ensure success at home
An in-depth Go-Home Programme detailing the dog's entire training programme, how to continue training at home, troubleshooting tips. etc
The last session: Go Home Session in your house (within Mumbai only)
Post training follow up via email/phone/message once the programme is completed.
Food for all days.

PAYMENT POLICY: A 50% deposit is required to block a slot for a Board & Train programme. The balance payment is due at least 2 weeks before the scheduled start date. Please also go through our Cancellation Policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For Consultations, let us know atleast 72 hours before scheduled time for a full refund.

For a Board & Train programme, let us know 14 days in advance for a refund of the 50% payment. Incase you are unable to, MBT retains the payment.

How It Works

OUR TRAINING PROGRAMMES
